Welcome to AuroraNurtura, a peer support companion platform operated by Psykronicity LLC. By using our website, joining our waitlist, or interacting with Cael, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
AuroraNurtura is a peer support companion platform. Cael is an AI companion designed to provide emotional support, reflective listening, and somatic grounding exercises. AuroraNurtura is not a medical service, clinical therapy, psychiatric care, or a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition. Cael does not prescribe medication or provide medical advice. We strongly encourage all users to maintain a relationship with a qualified mental health professional.
If you are in crisis: Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Do not wait for Cael to respond.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AuroraNurtura. By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to:
AuroraNurtura includes automated crisis detection that redirects users to 988 when crisis language is detected. However, this system is not infallible. It may not detect all crisis signals, and it cannot physically intervene. You are responsible for seeking emergency services (911 or 988) if you are in danger. AuroraNurtura and Psykronicity LLC are not liable for any outcome resulting from the platform's failure to detect or respond to a crisis.
Your use of AuroraNurtura is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and protect your data. The Layer 1/2 privacy boundary is a core architectural commitment, not a discretionary policy.
AuroraNurtura, Cael, the AuroraAIR pipeline, the Synthesis Engine, and all related branding, code, and content are the intellectual property of Psykronicity LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psykronicity LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to emotional distress, medical costs, or any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform. This includes situations where crisis detection fails to activate.
AuroraNurtura offers a free tier and optional paid subscription tiers. Payment processing is handled via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be displayed at the point of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to AuroraNurtura at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy's data retention section.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
